Interior Site Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute

  interior site work

  as per approved drawings and project timelines.
• Coordinate with design, factory, and procurement teams to ensure

  timely material delivery

  to site.
• Conduct

  daily site inspections

  and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and finishing standards.
• Manage and monitor

  contractors, vendors, and labor teams

  for smooth on-site execution.
• Verify

  site measurements

  and support accurate

  BOQ and billing

  preparation.
• Review and interpret

  AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and service drawings (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

  .
• Report

  daily/weekly site progress

  , delays, and material consumption to project managers.
• Ensure

  timely completion

  of project milestones within budget and specifications.
• Handle

  client coordination

  for on-site approvals, design clarifications, and updates.
• Prepare and close

  snag lists

  and handover documentation after project completion.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

  in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (or equivalent).

• 26 years

  of experience in

  interior fit-out / modular furniture / turnkey projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  AutoCAD

  , site measurements, and finishing work details.
• Hands-on experience in

  vendor & labor management

  , and coordinating multiple teams on site.
• Ability to

  read technical drawings

  , coordinate with MEP teams, and resolve site-level issues.
• Good communication and reporting skills in English & Hindi/Kannada.
• Must be

  detail-oriented

  , organized, and capable of handling

  multiple sites

  simultaneously.
• Willing to

  travel or relocate

  to project sites as required.
• Candidates with

  experience in commercial, retail, or residential interior projects

  preferred.
