Interior Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Prospecting:

  Identifying and targeting potential clients in the interior design industry to generate new business.

• Needs Assessment & Solution Development:

  Visiting clients, understanding their requirements, and offering expert advice and suitable product recommendations or design solutions.

• Sales & Presentation:

  Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to showcase products and services.

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Negotiating terms and closing sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Project Coordination:

  Collaborating with interior design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution from consultation to completion.

• Market Awareness:

  Staying updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to effectively position services and products.

• Sales Reporting:

  Tracking sales metrics, performance, and preparing regular sales reports for management.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, products, and current trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• A self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
