Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and interact with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Present design concepts, quotations, and service offerings.
  • Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the design and execution team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in interior sales / real estate / related industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand basic design concepts and explain them to clients.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 24 years of relevant sales experience.
