*Job Summary:* We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented interior designer to join our team at the experience center. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing interior spaces that showcase our products and brand aesthetic, while providing an exceptional customer experience. *Key Responsibilities:* - *Design Development:* Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with our brand identity and product offerings. - *Space Planning:* Develop detailed floor plans and layouts to optimize the use of space and enhance customer flow. - *Material Selection:* Specify and select materials, finishes, and furniture that meet our brand standards and quality expectations. - *Project Management:* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. - *Customer Experience:* Work closely with the experience center team to ensure that the design meets customer needs and expectations. - *Brand Consistency:* Maintain knowledge of our brand standards and ensure that all design elements align with our visual identity. *Requirements:* - *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. - *Experience:* 2-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a retail or experience center setting. - *Software Skills:* Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. - *Communication Skills:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. - *Creativity:* Strong design skills, with a portfolio that showcases your creativity and attention to detail. - *Familiarity with experience center operations and customer experience design.*
