Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting our interior design and execution services. You will act as a bridge between clients and the design/technical team, ensuring smooth project conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and online channels.
• Meet clients to understand their interior design requirements and budget.
• Explain company offerings, present design proposals, and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure proposals meet client expectations.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and submit quotations, invoices, and other necessary documents.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design sales or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of interior design concepts and materials.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and client service.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler and valid license preferred (for client visits).

Salary:

Competitive salary + incentives based on sales performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
