To be successful as a site supervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of Execution Process. Ultimately, an outstanding site supervisor should be able to interpret drawings as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Site Supervisor Responsibilities Inspecting Interior sites regularly to identify and eliminate the potential mistakes in the site. Supervising and instructing the Worker team as well as subcontractors. Maintaining an accurate record of worker attendance and work done. Maintaining an accurate record of material received and used in the site. Recommending changes to execution operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
