INTERIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

Rathi Associates is looking for a Senior Manager for its Interior vertical

Rathi Associates is a well-known firm in the field of Architecture and Interior design. Started in 1976, it has to its credit successful execution of several major projects across many important cities in India including Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Kochi etc. It is supported by a strong experienced team and undertakes projects both in the field of Architecture as well as Interior design in various segments including Residential, Commercial, and Corporate & Real Estate development.

We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Interior vertical to lead, guide, and oversee a team of skilled interior designers working on diverse projects. The role involves ensuring timely and successful project execution, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding the firm’s portfolio by building long-term partnerships with existing and new clients.

Key responsibility included:

Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, overseeing the successful completion of client projects within deadlines and budgets, ensuring high-quality design and execution.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring a positive experience, clear communication, and seamless collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders.

Expand the firm's portfolio by securing new projects and increasing the volume of work with existing clients, leveraging relationships and a deep understanding of client needs.

Profile:

Proven experience in managing and executing complex interior design projects with a focus on residential, commercial, and corporate spaces.

Strong proficiency in layout, color schemes, lighting, materials selection, and installation processes.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and collaborate with team members.

Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of building long-term client relationships and managing expectations.

Deep knowledge of design trends, sustainability practices, and the ability to innovate and introduce new design concepts.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Qualification:

Min B. Arch / Candidates with additional Interior Designing, MBA qualification will have an advantage.

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience of 12+ years of which minimum 6 years needs to be in a Leadership/Managerial role.

Compensation:

For the right candidate, compensation will not be a limiting factor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
