About Us:

|ey Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all interior finishing activities (flooring, painting, false ceiling, woodwork, modular fittings, etc.).
Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely and quality completion.
Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Resolve technical/site-level issues with proactive solutions.
Ensure efficient material management and cost control for finishing works.
Prepare and present daily/weekly progress reports to management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent.
Minimum 410 years of experience in interior finishing in real estate projects.
Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
Proven leadership and contractor/vendor management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on timely delivery.
