Your attention to detail and technical expertise is essential in supporting the end-to-end execution of high-impact interior projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery. - Extract production drawings from finalized 3D drawings for accurate fabrication and execution. - Develop production drawings that align with architectural and interior layouts for smooth on-site execution. - Collaborate with design leads, project managers, and vendors to ensure drawings support the creative and technical vision. - Interpret conceptual designs and transform them into buildable, detailed technical documentation. - Provide clarifications to site teams and contractors during execution and resolve any on-site drawing issues. - Maintain drawing accuracy, compliance, and adherence to Rubenius design philosophy. - Track all drawing versions, including revisions and final as-built drawings. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in drafting for commercial and workspace interiors. - Advanced skills in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp or other visualization tools. - Strong understanding of detailing, modular construction, material specs, and technical execution. - Ability to work under deadlines with strong time management and attention to detail.
