Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into detailed interior plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings. Your role will involve developing precise shop drawings for custom interior elements and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. You will collaborate with architectural teams and external consultants to integrate interior elements seamlessly within the overall building design. Key Responsibilities: - Translate Architectural Concepts to Interior Details - Develop Specialized Interior Detailing - Utilize CAD Software Mastery - Ensure Adherence to Building Codes and Standards - Collaborate with Architectural Teams - Coordinate with External Consultants - Specify Materials and Finishes - Manage Documentation and Revisions - Conduct Site Surveys and Measurements - Maintain Quality Assurance and Accuracy Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Architecture or Diploma in Interiors/related field - Minimum 7+ years of experience - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office - Knowledge of Architecture Design domain Please note that the above job description is for the position of Interior Draftsman / Detailer with Aedium Design.
