Interior Designer/Architect

As an Interior Designer / Architect at Breakthrough Design Studio, you will play a crucial role in creating experiential hospitality brands through innovative restaurant design. Your passion for crafting immersive dining environments and attention to detail will be key in enhancing guest experience, driving engagement, and ensuring business success. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and designing unique, high-end restaurant interiors that align with brand identity and guest experience. From project development to execution, you will oversee design plans to ensure feasibility and quality. Collaboration with clients, chefs, and business owners will be essential to bring their vision to life while integrating our strategic expertise. In addition, you will prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings for presentation and execution. Your expertise in material & FF&E selection will be crucial as you source materials, furniture, and finishes that complement the overall aesthetic and functionality. Furthermore, you will work closely with contractors and project managers for site coordination to ensure seamless execution of designs. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or commercial interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Your strong design sensibility, ability to develop branding-focused concepts, and excellent communication skills will be valuable assets. Understanding restaurant operations & space planning is a plus.
