We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the real estate residential sector. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and innovation to our projects, ensuring that our properties are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Space Planning and Design: Develop and present detailed space planning and design concepts for residential properties, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
• Material and Furniture Selection: Select appropriate materials and furniture that conform to design specifications and budget constraints, while offering durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Conceptual Design Development: Create and refine interior design concepts that reflect current trends and innovations in residential property design.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the timely execution of design plans and adherence to project deadlines.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert advice and solutions to enhance the final design.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in interior design, particularly within the residential real estate sector.
• Education: Graduation in B.Arch in Interior Designing or a relevant degree in interior design or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-end residential projects
