Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Stay updated on design trends, building codes, and sustainable practices
Development of renders from animation team
Produce sets of production documents in both design development (DD) and CD phases
Maintain a daily task list for assigned projects discussing time allotments, schedules, and delegations
Assist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented and mitigated
Prepare for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables, and milestones
Communicate directly with Client agents, subcontractors, and consultants
Supervising Estimation from estimation of ensuring correct specifications, quantities in tender documents
Reporting as per Rhizome standards

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Minimum project scale - Completion minimum two projects in typology of High End Residentials
Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of construction standards, FFNE schedules and Project documentation.
