Interior Designer

SRJ Construction is looking for an AutoCAD Draftsman to create accurate 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction detailing for our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Work on construction drawings & detailing for site execution.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site engineers.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing.
• Accuracy in scaling and measurements.

Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Civil/Architecture or equivalent.

Position 2: 3D Visualizer / 3D Designer

Job Role:
We are hiring a 3D Visualizer at SRJ Construction who can create realistic 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural & interior projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D building elevations and interior visuals.
• Develop photorealistic renders for client presentations.
• Work with design team to visualize concepts.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Blender.
• Rendering and lighting knowledge.
• Creative visualization.

Position 3: Interior Designer

Job Role:
SRJ Construction is seeking an Interior Designer to plan, design, and execute modern interiors for residential & commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare interior layouts, space planning, and 3D designs.
• Suggest color schemes, materials, and furniture designs.
• Coordinate with clients & vendors for execution.

Required Skills:

• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop.
• Strong sense of design & detailing.
• Client communication skills.
