Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in Chengalpattu. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design projects, including space planning, creating construction drawings, and overseeing furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their vision, developing detailed design plans, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture
• Experience in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and executing Interior Design concepts
• Knowledge of FF&E (furnishings, fixtures, and equipment) and their application in design projects
• Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in managing residential and commercial projects is a plus
