Interior Designer Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand space, requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Convert walk-in, online, or telephonic leads into confirmed site visits and design consultations.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to present proposals, mood boards, and estimates.
• Follow up regularly with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales funnel updates in CRM.
• Upsell or cross-sell other services like false ceiling, lighting, furniture, or renovation services.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure post-sale client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
• Confidence in handling high-value clients and large-scale projects
• Basic understanding of home interior concepts and materials (modular furniture, laminates, appliances, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field)
• Prior experience in interior sales, real estate sales, furniture retail, or home décor preferred
• Fluency in Hindi and English
