Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our Planning and Construction team in Santacruz. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, space optimization, and functionality, and will play a key role in transforming interior spaces into beautiful, practical environments that align with client visions and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs
• Create space planning layouts to ensure functional and efficient use of space
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for design implementation
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renders as needed
• Ensure design compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and materials

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Interior Design
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design or a similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Strong communication and visualization skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on residential interior projects
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly design principles
• Experience in high rise residential building must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
