Job Description

Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and develop innovative design concepts
Create space plans, working drawings, and detail layouts using AutoCAD/SketchUp
Prepare 3D visualizations, mood boards, and design presentations
Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor elements
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for project execution
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and quality
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
Manage both residential and commercial interior projects independently
Communicate effectively with clients for approvals, updates, and design decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools
Good understanding of materials, finishes, and design detailing
Excellent creativity and visualization skills
Strong communication and client-handling abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
