Interior Designer, QS & Tender executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Interior Designer, QS & Tender Executive. The professional will be responsible for space planning, developing construction drawings, designing interiors, managing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and preparing quantity surveying and tender documents. The role requires collaboration with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Space Planning and Interior Design skills
• Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
• Strong project management and client communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
