Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives on successful lead conversions
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Sunday working, Tuesday off
Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should bring strong design sense, hands-on site experience, and a customer-centric approach to deliver functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and space plans that align with client needs and budgets.
• Create 2D/3D visualizations using Google SketchUp and related design tools.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure proposed designs are practical and executable.
• Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and resolve design challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to present and defend design ideas, layouts, and pricing.
• Maintain timely communication with vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure the final output reflects both aesthetics and functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputed institution.
• Mandatory site experience — ability to ensure designs are feasible for on-ground execution.
• Proven exposure to residential interior projects.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp (knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local language preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to both design appeal and cost efficiency.
