This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts, space planning, and creating construction drawings. Additional responsibilities include selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires close collaboration with clients to determine their needs and preferences, as well as overseeing the implementation of design solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design
Experience in creating detailed Construction Drawings
Knowledge of selecting and specifying FF&E
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in residential and commercial projects is a plus
