Interior Designer

You will be part of the Homestore Interiors & Renovation department at NoBroker, India's first and only PropTech Unicorn with a disruptive tech-based, capital-efficient business model. The company leverages technology in the real estate industry to facilitate seamless property transactions by eliminating the involvement of third-party brokers and brokerage fees. Through AI-driven technology, NoBroker connects property owners with tenants, buyers with sellers, reducing transaction costs by 90% and making real estate transactions streamlined and convenient for individuals across India. With a customer base of 1.5 crore and significant funding from key investors like Tiger Global, General Atlantic, and others, NoBroker has witnessed rapid growth over the last few years. As an Interior Designer at NoBroker, we are seeking individuals who are creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design. If you are enthusiastic about functional design, spatial storytelling, and creating aesthetically pleasing spaces that combine style with practicality, this is an ideal opportunity for you. You will play a crucial role in our design team, working on a variety of residential, commercial, and institutional projects from the initial concept to the final execution. Collaboration with clients, architects, vendors, and fellow designers will be an integral part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include demonstrating exceptional design skills with a focus on conceptual thinking and managing high-end residential projects. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from the conceptual stage to the final installation, ensuring that the design meets the client's requirements and expectations. Working closely with the Design Lead, Installation partners, Project Managers, and suppliers, you will strive to deliver the best interior design experience to NoBroker customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in residential interior design is required, along with a solid understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in tools like Google Sketchup, V-ray/Enscape, among others, is essential. Additionally, a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred to excel in this role.,
