INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team at MyScaai Bharat Construction. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of innovative design skills, strong client engagement abilities, and project management expertise to deliver exceptional interior spaces that reflect our commitment to quality and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Develop a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to create customized design concepts.
• Conduct client meetings to present design proposals, gather feedback, and maintain open communication throughout the project.

Conceptualization

• Create comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes that align with the client's vision.

Space Planning

• Optimize the layout and functionality of interior spaces, considering circulation flow, furniture arrangement, and architectural elements.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure the best possible designs considering the context of the project and services involved.

Material and Finish Selection:

• Curate an extensive library of high-end materials and finishes, keeping up to date with the latest trends and innovations.
• Make informed recommendations on materials and finishes that align with the design aesthetic and budget.
• Source and specify luxury furnishings, materials, fixtures, and finishes to enhance the design.

Project Management:

• Oversee the design project from concept to completion, ensuring it adheres to the established design concept and meets quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines effectively, while addressing any challenges that may arise.

Visualisation and Presentation:

• Use design software and tools to create 2D and 3D renderings for client presentations.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations that articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with in-house and external teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers or support staff.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in luxury interior design, attending trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
• Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to deliver cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury interior design with a proven portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp with Enscape Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional design
• A network of industry contacts and resources is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,623.22 - ₹50,404.53 per month
