Role Description

This is a contract role for an Interior Designer at MAP architectural studio. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, designing interiors, creating construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). This is a hybrid role, meaning the job is based in Surat but some work from home is also acceptable. The designer will collaborate with the architecture team and clients to ensure that design solutions meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in the architectural or interior design industry is a plus
