Interior Designer

At Living Cultures, we craft spaces with soul. We specialize in creating modern, luxury, and customized interior solutions – from concept and design to execution and décor. We are looking for a passionate and creative Interior Designer to join our team and bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
• Create detailed drawings, 2D/3D renderings, and presentations for client approvals.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor in line with project aesthetics and budget.
• Work closely with site teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and maintain project budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology in the interior industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in residential and/or commercial interior design.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong visualization skills and creative mindset.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
