Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Interior Designer with proven expertise in 3D residential interior designing. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused, with strong knowledge of modern interior aesthetics, automation trends, and customized space solutions. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome, while seasoned professionals with industry-aligned expertise will be considered without an upper experience limit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality 3D interior concepts for residential spaces, aligned with client preferences and lifestyle.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept development, space planning, and presentations to execution oversight.
• Offer creative solutions for our three interior packages – Economic, Premium, and Elite.
• Understand and translate client requirements into modern, tech-savvy, and functional design solutions.
• Incorporate automation, prefabrication, and customized elements into design proposals.
• Conduct client presentations with A+ communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on current trends, materials, and technologies in residential interiors.

Requirements

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in residential interior design with strong 3D design expertise.
• No upper limit for highly experienced industry professionals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar 3D design tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent client-centric and customer-focused approach.
• Exceptional presentation skills with fluent English.
• Ability to blend modern aesthetics with practical functionality.
