Job Description

Interior Design & Client Consultation

Understand client briefs, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences.
Prepare layout plans, 2D/3D renders, and material boards for modular kitchens and wardrobes.
Coordinate with design and execution teams to finalize BOQs, production specs, and timelines.
Conduct site visits for measurements and installation supervision when needed.
Ensure premium client experience through personalized design solutions.
Present company offerings, USPs, and execution capabilities to potential clients.
Follow up on leads, site visits, quotations, and negotiations until closure.

3. Sales & Target Management

Meet monthly business development and sales targets.
Track sales funnel from order booking to execution
Prepare regular reports on pipeline progress, closure ratios, and revenue contribution.
