Interior Designer cum Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join DYPEC Campus .

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Qualification:

• B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
  Registration with Council of Architecture (if applicable) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand spatial planning and determine the functionality of a space.
• Develop preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts.
• Ensure timely coordination and completion of tasks for successful project execution.
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations for project enhancement.
• Prepare and participate in client presentations.
• Select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes while adhering to budget constraints.
• Conceptualize and sketch design ideas, ensuring practical implementation.
• Research and decide on appropriate materials and products for sourcing.
• Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of design elements.
• Utilize CAD software to develop detailed, accurate designs.
• Develop initial design concepts and ideas. Create detailed working drawings.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Provide innovative and functional solutions to maximize space efficiency.

• Qualification

  :
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural and interior design projects (residential, commercial, or institutional)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization software (V-Ray, Lumion), and rendering techniques.
• Strong creative and technical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection.

Skills Required:

• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.) is an advantage.
• Good sense of color, space planning, and materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
