About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer (Construction & Service Image) to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, supervising, and maintaining OPPO Mobile Service Centers across Madhya Pradesh, ensuring top-notch execution and a consistent brand image. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to deliver high-quality service environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Project Execution: Create interior layouts and designs for OPPO Mobile Service Centers across M.P. (using hand sketches/CAD).

Site Visits & Measurements: Conduct accurate site surveys, take measurements, and prepare detailed layouts.

Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Market Visits & Analysis: Perform market visits, assist in site selection, and conduct competitor analysis for new service centers.

Branding & Documentation: Plan and implement branding initiatives, maintain site/market image documentation, and prepare progress reports.

Maintenance & Repairs: Manage preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair activities across service centers.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma in Civil/Architectural Design or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in construction, interior projects, and maintenance supervision.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
