Job Description

Role Objective HauzInterior is looking for a creative professional who transforms indoor spaces or outdoor spaces into safe, functional, visually appealing areas and proper utilization. Our vision is to utilize spaces efficiently and economically, according to the customers need and select designs and lighting fixtures to cultivate an inviting ambiance in diverse settings. Proven working experience in residential designs, modular kitchen and other modular furnitures. Must comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes. Must able to draw, read and edit blueprints and designs from carpenter. Work area - work from office (Hadapsar, Pune), 6 days a week working. Ability to work under tight timelines Responsibilities Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects Create electrical and plumbing layout Meet with the client to understand the client's objectives and desires. Need to travel for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings & site visits as required. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and teams to address client's needs Conceptualize and sketch design plans. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients Utilize computer applications in the design process. Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant Good to have Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed Determine the cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase. Key Result Areas Quality of throughput Communication to various stakeholders Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure Required Experience, Skills and Qualification Education: Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field. Experience: 1 - 2 years (Relevant) NP: Can Join Immediately Skills and Experience Portfolio of design work Proven working experience in Residential Designs, modular kitchen and other modular furnitures. Experience in tools like - Homestyler, Sketchup, Roomstyler, Adobe Capture, 3D diagrams, etc. Ability to understand the 2D diagram, floor mapping and carpenter drawings. Good Communication and presentation skills Project management skills MS Office like Excel and Word
