As a Creative Designer/Design Lead at Interior Company, you will play a pivotal role in bridging creativity with customer-centricity. Your primary responsibility is to be a friendly and approachable guide, especially to customers, where your ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and assist customers in visualizing concepts is crucial. Upholding customer centricity as a core value, you will embody the principle that "Customer is King" not just as a belief but as a daily practice. **Key Responsibilities:** - Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability - Possess a background in interior designing with prior experience in sales and CRM - Hold a degree in B-Arch/BBA/MBA, with a preference for knowledge in customer relationship management (CRM) practices - Understand customer needs and strategize plans to address them effectively - Proactively approach potential customers to establish strong relationships - Acquire in-depth knowledge about competitors in the industry - Familiarity with reading floor plans and layouts is advantageous - Prepare quotations and estimates tailored to customer requirements - Demonstrate a passion for sales, backed by proven experience, preferably in real estate, institutional, hospitality, or high-end automobile sales - Previous experience in any client servicing role is beneficial - Deliver effective sales pitches and presentations, utilizing tools like Excel and PowerPoint - Maintain a quick-thinking attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Exhibit strong interpersonal skills within the Architecture & Planning industry If you are someone with 2-4 years of experience, possessing a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach, this role offers the opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to creating inspiring interior design solutions.
