As an Interior Designer at MostEdge Growth Lab in Vadodara, your role will involve developing interior design concepts and space layouts for the Growth Lab. You will create zoning plans, color palettes, and material boards that align with MostEdge's brand identity. Your responsibilities will also include designing functional zones such as collaboration pods, training rooms, retail demo areas, and reception area. Additionally, you will be preparing 3D renders and presentation boards for review, working closely with vendors, architects, and the project team to ensure timely delivery and high-quality visual output within the defined budget. Key Responsibilities: - Develop interior design concepts and space layouts for the Growth Lab. - Create zoning plans, color palettes, and material boards aligned with MostEdge's brand identity. - Design functional zones including collaboration pods, training rooms, retail demo areas, and reception. - Prepare 3D renders and presentation boards for review. - Work with vendors, architects, and the project team during build-out. - Ensure timely delivery and high-quality visual output within defined budget. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in interior design or spatial planning (minimum 3 years preferred). - Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max. - Strong understanding of modern materials, lighting, and modular furniture systems. - Excellent communication and project coordination skills. - Must be based in or near Vadodara and able to visit the site periodically. In this part-time, freelance role, you will be engaged for a duration of 68 weeks, working in a hybrid mode that involves remote coordination and site visits. The compensation offered is competitive and based on experience.
