Refactoring and eliminating outdated code elements will streamline the system for new developments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building backend systems using Python. Strong proficiency in Python programming language, data structures, and algorithms is required. Experience in creating clean, maintainable, and well-documented code is essential. Taking ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating to address dependencies are key responsibilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for finding optimal solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are vital for effective teamwork with technical and non-technical teams.
