Interdisciplinary Designer (Graphic + Motion + UI/UX + AI)

You are a versatile and self-driven Interdisciplinary Designer who can confidently navigate through various visual mediums such as static, motion, digital, and AI-generated content. Your keen eye for design, adept storytelling skills, and ability to work seamlessly across different platforms make you a valuable asset. Your responsibilities will include designing engaging visual assets for digital and offline campaigns like social posts, banners, brochures, and brand collaterals. You will edit short-form videos with clean transitions and strong pacing, create motion graphic elements using tools like After Effects, design UI/UX elements such as landing pages and interfaces, and utilize AI tools for ideation and prototyping. Collaboration with marketing, content, and product teams is crucial to ensure that visuals align with campaign and brand objectives. You must also adapt creatives across various touchpoints while focusing on consistency and performance. Staying updated with design, tech, and AI trends is essential to continually enhance your output. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and UI/UX design. Your portfolio should demonstrate a wide range of work, from static posts to videos to digital interfaces. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma is required. Experience in designing for brand-led and performance-focused campaigns, as well as familiarity with AI tools, will be advantageous. While not mandatory, experience in D2C, real estate, or startup marketing, along with skills in creative brainstorming, scripting, or contributing to design systems, would be beneficial. A passion for visual storytelling, interactivity, and experimentation with new tools is a plus.
