About The Role

WhatsApp Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Journey Building

• Set up complete WhatsApp automation flows on

  Interakt

  and

  Wati

  .
• Build onboarding, lead capture, abandoned cart, NPS, COD confirmation, payment reminders, and support flows.
• Create logical branching, rule-based journeys, and personalised message sequences.
• Implement automated replies, quick-response templates, and ChatBot-like guided flows.
• Configure WhatsApp Commerce elements like product catalogs, buttons, CTAs, and interactive messages.

Integration & Technical Setup

• Integrate WhatsApp platforms with Shopify/WooCommerce/CRM tools (if required).
• Set up webhooks, APIs, and third-party connectors.
• Ensure flows are error-free, fast, and aligned with meta's WhatsApp Business API guidelines.

Optimization & Reporting

• Analyse automation performance and improve drop-off points in journeys.
• Run A/B tests on templates, timings, and message styles.
• Provide weekly or project-based performance insights.

Template & Content Setup

• Upload and configure WhatsApp templates for marketing, utility, and service messages.
• Ensure all templates follow Meta approval guidelines.
• Work with our team to suggest high-converting copy for automation journeys.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  Interakt

  and

  Wati

  (both required).
• Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, flows, templates, and segmentation.
• Ability to build structured automation journeys end-to-end.
• Knowledge of e-commerce automation (Shopify preferred).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRMs, APIs, and integration tools like Zapier/Make (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines.

Engagement Details
