Intensivist

• Admit, assess and manage critically ill patients in the ICU under your care.
• Conduct daily ICU rounds, review all patients in the unit, revise plans of care.
• Provide advanced life-support: mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, renal replacement therapy, invasive lines (central venous, arterial), etc.
• Interpret diagnostic tests (blood work, imaging, ABGs, etc) and modify treatment accordingly.
• Initiate and monitor therapy for multi-organ failure, sepsis, respiratory failure, post operative critical care, and other ICU cases.
• Supervise transitions: ICU-ward transfers, step-down care, end‐of‐life care discussions and documentation.
• Be available for emergencies, code blue / rapid response calls (within hospital) related to ICU patients.
• Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection-control measures, sedation/analgesia and weaning protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation: ICU daily notes, procedures, discharge/transfer summaries, death certificates.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
