As a member of the software development team at KPMG, India, you will work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the software development process, including developing code, unit testing, and working closely with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to create new product offerings and enhance existing ones. Additionally, you will ensure that all development practices adhere to KPMG's best practices policies and procedures, requiring quick adaptation to new technologies when necessary. Responsibilities: Role: Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Location: Kolkata and Bangalore Experience: 4 to 6 years Responsibilities: - Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data across platforms and environments using IDMC tools. - Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through IDMC's data quality solutions. - Data Governance: Implement and manage data governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance. - AI and Machine Learning: Utilize AI and machine learning capabilities within IDMC for enhanced data management processes. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize data management systems" performance. - Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on IDMC tools and best practices. - Experience: Demonstrated experience in data management, data integration, and data governance. - Technical Skills: Proficient in Informatica IDMC, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and data management tools. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Certifications: Relevant certifications in data management or Informatica tools are a plus.
