Job Description

You should have 3-4 years of experience and a Law Degree. The role is based in Bengaluru. You will need to have a good understanding of the overall IP function and its role in the organization's strategy and risk mitigation. Your responsibilities will include working with open source, driving policy and processes, evaluating open-source scans using industry-standard tools like BlackDuck, FOSSA, reviewing license agreements, and providing recommendations and risk mitigation strategies in software code development and the Open-Source clearance process. Having exposure to reviewing contractual agreements and clauses, as well as experience with IP audits, will be an added advantage. Familiarity with IP Tools such as Blackduck, FOSSA, etc., is preferred.,
