Job Summary: The Purpose of the Job is Implementing SAP B1 in group companies and giving Post Go Live support in order to ensure best ERP solutions are provided in group companies and deliver fully integrated application. MAJOR ACTIVITES/RESPONSIBILITIES Role as Technical consultant for Implementation of SAP B1: SAP Business one add-on development using SAP business One SDK C#, .Net, DI API, UI API, Android Programming. Exposure of service layer, B1 if integration Framework Set Up. Crystal report development, TNs, and print layouts with Barcode/QR code generation. Develop interfacing with other systems, MIS consolidation reports using SQL scripting. Develop customized processes /screens, Label printing, reports and process validations using Coresuite, UDFs, UDTs, UDOs. MAJOR RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITY Customize B1 functionalities and processes as per template requirements, help in rollout and process testing functionalities. SAP b1/crystal reporting/PLD designing of transactional documents. Generation of Bank File, Do automation of sending mails, report scheduling and alerts etc. Suggestions to save time and accuracy in global process and report making. Bring country specific functionalities which is not available in standard B1. Provide post go live support and technical support to users/team.

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the integration of Workday cloud applications with internal and external systems across various HCM functions such as Core HCM, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Global Payroll. Collaborate with third-party vendors, HR leadership teams, and business partners to identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Experience Requirements: 8 years of experience in Information Systems, with at least 5 years focused on Workday and remaining years in the HCM domain. At least 3 years of experience in IT leadership or management roles. A minimum of 3 years of experience in global HR system implementations. Proven experience in Workday Core HCM and Security. Mandatory hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and techniques. Strong ability to assess business problems and deliver technical integration solutions across global HCM processes. Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.E., B.Tech, M.B.A.
