As an API Integration Specialist at apexanalytix, your role will involve using APIs to implement SmartVM API and apexportal Solutions software applications for clients. You will work in the apexportal Solutions department, assisting clients in designing interfaces between their ERP systems and smartvm, apexportal, and leading the testing of ERP integrations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams and customers for client onboarding, designing and developing interfaces, supporting existing APIs, and ensuring system security. - Assist clients in designing and configuring interfaces between their ERP systems and smartvm, apexportal - Lead testing of ERP integrations and data reconciliation between clients ERP system(s) and apexportal - Lead integration and onboarding efforts with internal teams and customers - Develop stored procedures, triggers, and reusable functions using Microsoft SQL server - Design interactive graphs to track multiple APIs usage and analysis using Azure, PowerBI - Present functional overview and requirements to clients for planning implementations and upgrades - Solve complex business and application problems independently and serve as a primary contact for SmartVM application - Conduct training for designated clients and resolve client integration issues - Communicate/coordinate with Client Value Team and Audit team to support clients - Participate in in-house Research & Development projects of apexportal Solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 2 years related experience or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related discipline with 1 year of related experience preferred - 2+ years of experience as an implementation specialist, data analyst, or similar role with exposure to Data Warehousing concepts and multi-system APIs - 1+ years IT background including multiple API (REST/SOAP) Development and Integration with software-as-a-service and on-premise solutions - Strong knowledge in SQL Server, REST, SOAP APIs, Postman, CSV, XML, JSON file formats, SSIS, OAuth, and API/Web Service authentication/authorization practices apexanalytix values its associates and offers competitive benefits for personal and professional growth.
