Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial IT / ERP Expert to provide domain expertise and drive the integration of industrial systems with enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. This role plays a key part in aligning business processes with technical implementations, ensuring robust and efficient industrial IT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert across industrial IT systems, including manufacturing execution, operations, and plant maintenance platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement tailored industrial IT and ERP solutions.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
Drive alignment between business operations and technical capabilities to improve process efficiency.
Participate in system architecture planning, configuration, and integration initiatives.
Support system upgrades, rollouts, and change management activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to industrial IT applications and ERP integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong domain expertise in industrial operations, manufacturing processes, and plant maintenance.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP or Maximo) and understanding of associated business workflows.
Experience in integrating industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, MES, or other OT systems with enterprise IT/ERP platforms.
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, IT, engineering, and business users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
