Integration Expert / Data Archiving Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Sourcing:

    Define optimal data sourcing and integration strategies with clear articulation of data requirements
  • Data Ingestion:

    Design and implement sustainable integration routines to ingest, move, and consolidate data from multiple sources
  • Data Collaboration:

    Partner with data governance, quality, and architecture teams to define best practices for data preparation and systemic cleansing
  • Data Product Delivery:

    Deliver high-quality data packages supporting:
  • Operational cutover
  • Data Quality (DQ) improvements
  • Analytics and data science consumption
  • Project Delivery:

    Lead and contribute to integration initiatives, oversee team members, and document integration processes and

    KDDs

  • SQL Execution:

    Write, optimize, and execute SQL in accordance with enterprise standards
  • Data Archiving:

    Support data lifecycle management, archival strategies, and historical data accessibility

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong experience in

    enterprise data integration and data archiving

  • Hands-on knowledge of

    data governance and quality tools

    such as:
  • Alation

  • Anomalo

  • Experience working with

    operational and source systems

    , including:
  • ServiceNow

  • Workday

  • Other enterprise applications
  • Expertise in multiple

    integration approaches

    , including:
  • ETL
  • Data virtualization
  • Batch and near real-time processing
  • Strong capabilities in

    data analysis, profiling, and discovery

  • Expert-level understanding of

    data models and data structures

  • Proficiency in

    SQL standards and performance optimization

Analytics, Reporting & Data Quality

  • Experience creating

    dashboards and workflows

    using

    Power BI

    or similar tools
  • Ability to generate

    analytics and insights in a Data Quality (DQ) context

  • Strong profiling and anomaly detection skills using

    Anomalo

  • Solid understanding of

    data change management

    , including:
  • Data catalogs
  • Business glossaries
  • Data models

Soft Skills & Stakeholder Management

  • Strong

    persuasion, influencing, and communication skills

    at senior stakeholder level
  • Proven experience working across

    operational systems and analytics / data science environments

  • Ability to translate complex data concepts into business-friendly insights

Good to Have

  • Experience with data archiving frameworks and retention policies
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance-driven data governance
