To excel in this role, you must possess the following must-have skills: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; capable of handling customer calls and email conversations with clarity and professionalism. - Proven experience in requirement gathering and solutioning for API-based integrations. - Hands-on expertise with REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms. - Proficiency in scripting using any language (Python, Node.js, Bash, etc.). - Ability to work independently and manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
