Project Role : Integration Engineer Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : Microsoft 365 Good to have skills : Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development, Microsoft PowerShell Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Basic IT experience demonstrating foundational knowledge in IT concepts and practices Proficiency in English with good oral and written communication skillsBTech Degree Preferred - Demonstrated experience in providing technical support and process guidance for Microsoft O365 related technologies and capabilities. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting MS O365 environments. Strong understanding of cloud operations and administration principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications or training in Microsoft O365 administration is a plus. Provide 24/5 O365 application support for Accenture CIO during APAC time (Mon-Fri) with Weekend On-call Support. Monitor O365 Applications health status/alerts and coordinate application issues with Microsoft and other internal/external support groups. Provide immediate resolution for customer application issues and concerns through Incident Management using SNOW tool/Emails. Perform application changes and maintenance within specified change windows. Create and submit daily/weekly/monthly application status and reports.
