Integration Consultant II

Job Description

Responsibilities Perform tasks related to the setup and rollout of new clients. Provide technical guidance and insight to the customer-facing team members (Project managers, Post Go-live services, etc.). Develop tools and update processes to make delivery more efficient. Adept at dealing with sensitive data and proficient in providing and maintaining high client service standards. Display exceptional organizational skills and have a high-risk consideration of implications of any changes made on the systems. Collaborate and work with non-technical customers (internal and external) on highly technical issues. Maintain project management tools for all integration projects. Participate in special projects to help improve and enhance the team's best practices and processes. Competencies Required Experience in troubleshooting issues / IT development knowledge. Significant experience in basic networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, DNS. Demonstrate solid understanding of SaaS environments and appreciation of Uptime and Service Level Agreements (SLA) in a technical and/or internet-based environment. Ability to create and manage documentation. Working knowledge of Linux and understanding of Linux-based software stacks. Python scripting experience is a plus. API experience is a plus. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent professional experience. Experience Four plus years of experience in Technical consulting and/or technical client roll out. Four plus years of experience in any customer facing role. Expertise on HRSD products would be an advantage.
