As an Assistant Vice President Integration Lead at Charles River Private Market, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the enterprise integration strategy and execution. Your deep technical acumen and strategic oversight will be crucial in driving innovation, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless system interoperability to support scalable growth and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership** - Define and own the enterprise integration vision and roadmap aligned with business goals. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure integration solutions meet strategic objectives. - Lead governance and compliance for integration standards, security, and data integrity. - **Technical Ownership** - Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions using Workato, Python, and API-based frameworks. - Oversee the development and maintenance of integration workflows, custom connectors, and automation pipelines. - Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance integration capabilities. - **Team & Project Management** - Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers and analysts. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for integration initiatives. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability. - **Stakeholder Engagement** - Collaborate with business units, product owners, and IT leadership to gather requirements and translate them into actionable integration strategies. - Present integration performance metrics and project updates to executive leadership. **Preferred Experience:** - 10+ years of experience in integration architecture and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven expertise in Workato, Python, and enterprise integration patterns. - Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, data transformation, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Workato certification or equivalent experience. - Experience with other iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
