Project Role Description : Architect an end-to-end integration solution. Drive client discussions to define the integration requirements and translate the business requirements to the technology solution. Activities include mapping business processes to support applications, defining the data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration architecture.

Good to have skills : Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Apache Kafka

Summary: As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for architecting an end-to-end integration solution. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their integration requirements, translating these business needs into effective technology solutions, and mapping business processes to support various applications. You will also define data entities, select appropriate integration technology components and patterns, and design the overall integration architecture to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on integration strategies. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO, JMS, SOAP ,REST, EDI, Kafka. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). - Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. - Familiarity with API management and microservices architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
