Integration and Pre-Sales Lead & Practice Manager

As the Pega Integration and Pre-Sales Lead & Practice Manager in Bangalore within the EAI/BPM practice of Mphasis, you will play a key role in leading various aspects such as RFPs, RFIs, bid processes, customer presentations, consulting, CoE building, and fulfillment support. Your responsibilities include defining and achieving annual/quarterly practice revenue targets, managing the lead qualification and prioritization process, collaborating with internal teams to develop winning solutions, supporting sales and marketing efforts, driving customer visits and workshops, and representing Analytics in large proposals involving multiple practices. You will be expected to have a BE/MCA degree with over 12 years of experience in Integration, API Management, and BPM projects, with at least 4 years of experience in implementation and consulting in these technologies. Your role will also involve at least 4 years of pre-sales experience, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of bid management and RFP responses for large deals. Proficiency in Integration, API Management, and BPM technologies, along with knowledge of automation tools, will be essential. You should be able to proactively design technical solutions, assess customer needs, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Moreover, you will be responsible for estimating and costing projects across various technologies such as Java Microservices, APIGEE, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, MS Azure Logic Apps, Cloud Integration platforms, Pega, Appian, Camunda, among others. Experience in life cycle methodologies like Agile, Lean, and waterfall, as well as strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and people management skills will be required. Additionally, your role will involve managing EAI/BPM CoE, overseeing talent acquisition, and supporting internal fulfillment needs.,
