Integration Analyst and Product Owner

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for integration across SAP ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for integration teams.
• Define mapping rules, routing logic, and transformation requirements for data exchange.
• Document workflows, data flows, and integration points between systems.
• Provide guidance on API usage, design, and integration best practices.
• Own and manage the integration product backlog; prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Create clear user stories with acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews) and ensure adherence to frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for integration solutions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in integration projects, with exposure to both business analysis and product ownership.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP ERP modules and integration concepts.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable user stories.
• Familiarity with APIs, integration technologies, and data formats (XML, JSON, EDI).
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and backlog prioritization skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with middleware or integration platforms (e.g., SAP PI/PO, IBM, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi etc.).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns.
• Exposure to API management tools and microservices architecture.
