Role Overview: As an Integrated Solutions Sales Manager at Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to develop and sell Bioprocess solutions to Biopharmaceutical industries using Sartorius Process engineering and process know-how. You will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding customers" techno-commercial requirements, positioning Sartorius as a key differentiator against competitors. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Process Engineering, Process consultancy, Application Specialists, and Sales organization to drive integrated solutions sales in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Develop InSo projects business by analyzing leads, inquiries, and bid invitations to create cost-effective solutions meeting functional, qualitative, financial, and schedule requirements. - Act as the main customer contact for techno-commercial details during the project sales acquisition process. - Implement Value-Based Selling strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders to develop appropriate sales strategies and technical solutions. - Lead consulting discussions with customers on End-to-End Process solutions and engineering designs. - Serve as a bridge between Process engineering resources and clients to construct value propositions aligned with process requirements and business imperatives. - Represent the company at conferences to network and enhance visibility of Sartorius. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor/Master of Science in Engineering, Chemical, Biochemical, Biology, or Pharmacy from an accredited Institute. Post-engineering qualification in Management is an added advantage. - 7-10 years of experience in industrial selling, preferably in the biopharmaceuticals market. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present at technical conferences.,
